Administer all health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans across multiple states Facilitate benefits enrollment processes and coordinate informational sessions for employees Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, resolving issues with carriers and third-party administrators Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA and workers\' compensation claims Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and other state-specific regulations What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR/Benefits experience in a multi-state healthcare or highly regulated environment Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license, with state-required liability auto insurance Must be medically cleared for communicable diseases with up-to-date immunizations before direct participant contact How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
