As part of the continued growth and innovation of our North American Corporate Sustainability & Climate Change (CS&CC) team, ERM has an opportunity for an experienced leader to join our global consulting firm as a Partner to lead on our programmatic approach offering of decarbonization strategies with a clear value creation proposition. We are looking for an established leader to foster and expand a network of client relationships across sectors and to grow ERM’s CS&CC practice with a focus on Climate Change Advisory. Our CS&CC practice provides strategic guidance from Board engagement to operationalizing sustainability and climate strategy, including carbon accounting analyses, transition and physical risk assessment, climate target setting, embedding climate considerations into business strategy, and investor-focused disclosures. Our practice is among the fastest growing in the industry. Responsibilities

Primary focus on client development and delivery of the full spectrum of ERM’s consulting services to provide strategic value to Key Clients in North America, with a focus on Climate Change Advisory across ERM’s service offerings. Set strategic direction by understanding how climate considerations, including transition and physical risks, shape market expectations; engage senior leaders (Board, C-suite, operational management) to define the case for change and integrate climate strategy into business strategy. Implement change by leveraging ERM’s business process transformation, digital solutions and deep subject matter expertise to help clients decarbonize and enhance climate resilience. Develop and deliver commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities in the Low Carbon Economy Transition; build relationships at top client levels to identify and shape needs for ERM services. Develop new client relationships and expand existing ones by delivering strategic consulting, value, and quality service; maintain focus on high-potential opportunities. Lead capture efforts with strong technical understanding to develop proposals, pricing, presentations, and contracting. Advance ERM’s Climate Advisory positioning within Key Clients and High Growth, High Value segments by actively engaging the market, listening to clients, and delivering high-quality solutions. Build, grow, and manage a high-performance team; mentor consultants and nurture rising stars with expanded responsibilities. Support growth and development of ERM’s North American Climate Advisory practice and collaborate with colleagues across North America and the globe to drive innovation and market differentiation. Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to build ERM’s global business and lead client and practice teams; leverage the full capabilities of ERM to deliver integrated sustainability solutions. Meet business financial targets, project budgets, schedules, client satisfaction, and internal and contractual requirements. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering, science, business, or related discipline; advanced degrees preferred. 15+ years’ progressive experience in a consulting environment, with high-level interaction with corporate legal clients; proven track record with Fortune 500 firms across sectors such as oil & gas, chemical, mining, power, infrastructure, technology and/or manufacturing. Strong business acumen to understand risk, market opportunities, and client needs. Demonstrated ability to deliver multimillion-dollar sales results and to win large, strategic portfolios. Well-versed in CS&CC with a focus on climate strategy and climate-related services. Recognized technical expertise and an established reputation in the local marketplace. The Opportunity

The salary range for this position is $181,000 to $244,000, depending on experience, location, skills, and contributions.
