Residential Retrofit / Changeout installation Some light commercial Retrofit / Changeouts Leading install jobs Fully experienced in Start to Finish Installations of: Full cut ins, Retrofits, Heat Pump, Ultra LowNox, Single Head Mini Split, Multi-Head Mini Split, VRF Systems, Duct Systems and Light Commercial equipment Duct work Gas pipe Refrigerant lines Qualifications
3+ years\' experience as a Lead Installer in the below installations Start to finish of residential retrofit / changeout installations Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record Strong communication skills with clients and team members Able to direct, train and mentor less experienced members of your team Complete jobs on tight timeframes EPA Certified Required NATE Certified or acquire once employed Position & Pay
Position:
HVAC Lead Installer Pay:
$30.00 to $40.00+ per hour based on experience Work Schedule
Monday through Friday with some weekends and evenings Benefits
