We align our goals with those of our clients and continuously monitor and adjust to keep the relationship strong. Seeking a Tableau Developer to join our consulting team. The Tableau Developer will assess customer requests, collaborate with the team to determine solutions to business needs, use Tableau or other BI tools to explore and understand data, and provide reporting and solutions. The Developer will work with business and technical users to understand requirements and develop reporting solutions to support quarterly/monthly submissions and monthly analytics. The role operates in an Agile setting, follows Scrum ceremonies, and requires strong communication to provide periodic updates and demonstrate work to audiences. Responsibilities

Attend meetings to discuss and identify customer needs and strive to do what’s right for our customers. Contribute to designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence (BI) applications and tools. Contribute to identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems, including developing and implementing requirements for new features and enhancements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or other STEM, finance, or data science fields. 2+ years of experience; financial industry experience is required. Build advanced Tableau dashboards from MPM (Model Performance Monitoring) data as part of model-transformation initiatives; requires deep SQL/database skills plus hands-on Linux, Python, and AWS experience. Strong expertise in BI tools (Tableau preferred) and SQL to develop reports. Experience in graphical data representation using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Documentation and database reporting skills for analysis, data discovery, and decision-making. Python coding and/or Power BI experience. Finance and business analysis experience with reporting or requirement documentation. Strong presentation skills to convey information clearly to an audience. Ability to create solution specifications documents for report developers to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Ability to validate reports and obtain end-user sign-offs. Ability to work respectfully and cooperatively with people from different functional areas toward a common goal. This is a hybrid role (2–3 days/week onsite) in the Washington, D.C.–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) area; local candidates are preferred. Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $60 - $80 USD The Oakleaf Group offers competitive compensation based on skills and experience.
