SAP - EWM - Senior - Consulting - Location OPEN. EY’s SAP practice helps clients unlock business value through integrated technology platforms. This role supports EY’s SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) with opportunities to work across Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors to drive operational efficiency and performance. As part of the Technology Consulting sub-service line, you’ll deliver transformative solutions that improve business operations, help clients drive growth, manage costs, and mitigate risk through the smart use of technology. The Senior Technology Analyst will bridge business needs and technical solutions, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Regular travel to meet with clients may be required. Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Participate in Explore phase design workshops. Perform configuration of SAP EWM and related SAP modules. Design and document functional specifications for RICEF solutions. Perform testing of solutions. Support development and delivery of training materials. Provide on-site hypercare support to client warehouse users. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen; assimilate new knowledge. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in technology requirements definition and analysis. Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. Ability to translate requirements into effective business solutions and complete configurations in SAP and non-SAP systems. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. Typically 2–4 years’ relevant experience with SAP EWM. Strong technical skills in application functional design. Expertise in technology requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Ability to build and manage relationships effectively. Critical thinking and complex problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and willingness to travel; travel estimated at 40–60%. Ideally, you’ll also have

Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience SAP certification(s). Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation. Hands-on SAP system configuration experience. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications. Experience writing and executing test scripts. Experience writing and delivering training materials for end users. Knowledge of warehouse operations for distribution or manufacturing facilities. What We Look For
