Responsibilities

Build and manage a qualified pipeline of high-value clients. Cultivate partnerships with realtors, architects, and community leaders. Represent TriCrest at networking events and luxury industry functions. Collaborate with design, pre-construction, and production teams to ensure seamless client experiences. Guide prospective clients through our design-build process, setting accurate expectations. Contribute to marketing and brand visibility efforts across digital and in-person platforms. Qualifications

Trustworthy & discreet in handling sensitive client and company information. Relationship-oriented, personable, and confident when working with high-net-worth individuals. Strategic & organized, able to manage multiple deals simultaneously. Detail-focused, with experience in Procore, specifications, bids, and budgets. Creative & collaborative, bringing fresh ideas for brand visibility and client engagement. Results-driven, motivated by targets and growth. Compensation & Benefits
