Dallas, Texas Salary Range
$118,800 – $178,200 per year Hours
40 hours per week; Regular full‑time Responsibilities
Problem‑solving & solution development: design and present GIS‑based solutions that address critical business challenges and articulate their value to stakeholders. Technical leadership: act as a subject‑matter expert in ESRI ArcGIS and telecom data libraries, mentor team members, and promote integration of new modeling techniques across downstream teams. Innovation & adoption: analyze existing model data to identify future directions, AI/ML requirements, and develop analytical strategies that inform business decisions and tooling enhancements. Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience with GIS and ESRI technologies, including map creation, spatial analysis, and web app configuration. Comprehensive understanding of ArcGIS from an IT perspective—covering hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, and cloud platforms. Proficient in programming and scripting using Python and PySpark; foundational knowledge of spatial analytics. Strong leadership and communication abilities to collaborate across teams and drive fast results. Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience. Benefits
