Cardiothoracic Imaging Radiologist - Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor
The University of Utah Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences is seeking a cardiothoracic imaging radiologist. The successful candidate will interpret thoracic imaging studies on-site or remotely via teleradiology, provide exceptional clinical services and education for trainees, and participate in or lead quality improvement, value initiatives, and research projects. Qualifications : The ideal candidate should be American Board of Radiology (or equivalent) certified or eligible, with fellowship training (or equivalent) in thoracic imaging, cardiothoracic imaging, or body imaging, including chest imaging training. A Utah medical license is required, and outstanding clinical and interpersonal skills are essential. The Cardiothoracic Imaging section provides clinical services at the University Hospital, Huntsman Cancer Hospital, and multiple outpatient centers. The department offers extensive imaging resources, including multiple MRIs, dual-energy CTs, and PET-CT scanners, as well as pre-clinical imaging resources and research opportunities through the Utah Center for Advanced Imaging Research (UCAIR).
