We’re looking for a motivated Counsellor who’s eager to guide students, help them make career decisions, and support our admissions and placement processes.
What You’ll Do
Assist students in understanding courses, career paths, and placement opportunities.
Conduct basic counselling sessions over calls, WhatsApp, or in-person.
Maintain student records and follow-ups efficiently.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth student onboarding.
Support events, webinars, and career guidance initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Passion for guiding and mentoring students.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Prior experience is a plus but freshers are welcome.
Hands‑on experience in counselling and student engagement.
Mentorship from experienced counsellors.
Certificate + opportunity for full-time placement within ASB Academy.
