We’re looking for a talented Marketing Operations Manager to join the Marketing Operations team at monday.com. In this role, you’ll focus on building and optimizing marketing and sales funnels that drive measurable business impact. You’ll design and run scalable processes that support our sales-led growth strategy across regions.

As part of the Marketing department, you’ll partner closely with regional marketing, sales, analysts, and other cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll act as a connector across team s- aligning operations, building shared processes, and driving success through clear goals and measurable outcomes.

About The Role

Lead ABM operations: build, manage, and optimize the ABM stack in close partnership with sales to deliver pipeline and revenue impact.

Partner with sales leadership and regional marketing to design, implement, and optimize funnels that drive conversion and growth.

Build shared processes and playbooks with sales and marketing to ensure efficiency and clarity across regions.

Monitor funnel performance and deliver actionable insights to drive decisions and improvements.

Manage cross-company projects with multiple stakeholders, creating clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Drive improvements in lead management, attribution, and campaign operations for efficiency and impact.

Support new initiatives by designing scalable processes that adapt to evolving business needs.

Your Experience & Skills

4+ years of experience in a SaaS B2B company in Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.

Must-have: Proven experience running ABM operations, building and managing an ABM stack, and driving shared processes with sales.

Proven experience with enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, Cleabit, etc.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce (must): strong knowledge of its architecture, objects, and ability to build reports and dashboards.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.

Proven track record of leading cross-company projects with multiple stakeholders.

Highly organized, proactive, critical thinker, and strong communicator.

Advantage: Experience leveraging AI solutions and efficiency tools, including agents, prompts, and no-code automation platforms.
