KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced and highly motivated TMPC/C5I Network Engineer, Journeyman to join our team. This position will be onsite at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD.

Primary Duties
Perform Systems Engineering functions combined with strong network engineering experience to develop cross-domain multi-level security communications solutions for mission orders to FMS Allies and Partners.
Performs programmatic or technical knowledge identifying, formulating, designing, and/or testing practical solutions to engineering problems; guiding the engineering development of modern complex systems; and employing systems engineering methods and tools in the development of systems.
Develop and generate Systems Security artifacts required to transfer technologies for Allies and Partner nations with FMS cases.
Performs software acquisition functions, requirements management, design and develop software workflow, and resolve cryptographic issues and specific challenges associated with non-FVEY partner nations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in network engineering expertise is required.
Demonstrated experience in cross-domain multi-level security communications solutions is required.
Demonstrated experience in developing a network with Allies and Partner nations is required.
Demonstrated experience in the design and development of software workflows is required.
Demonstrated experience decomposing software requirements into systems requirements.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university.
Three (3) years of recent and relevant experience.
Clearance This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required.
Compensation Estimated salary range for this position is $85,000-$115,000. KAIROS also provides a comprehensive benefits package as additional employee compensation.
