Hybrid## Hardware Design Engineer (Tek)Beaverton, OR, United States**Responsibilities:*** Design measurement systems and subsystems that characterize and verify according to standards, customer devices, interconnects, optical and electrical systems.* Understand customer needs and develop solutions to delight them.* Set and meet or exceed schedules for fast and predictable development. Identify project risks and generate recommendations to address them.* Engage and drive process improvement efforts to enhance the quality and efficiency of the engineering organization.* Perform peer review and testing. Participate in DFx reviews.* May perform research to determine the feasibility of new products, product features, capabilities, or advancements in test and measurement science.**Qualifications:*** Master’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.* 5+ years of successful design experience.* Experience with VNA measurements.* Familiarity with optical, transceivers, receivers, etc.* Knowledge of DDR and PCIE.* Experience with power systems for electronic circuits.* Proficiency in serial data communications protocols.* Familiar with Agile development processes.* Creativity, enthusiasm, discipline, and a curiosity for learning.* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.* Strong knowledge of RF, signal integrity, and transmission line theory.* Knowledge and application of electrical engineering principles, practices and techniques commonly employed in the design and development of electronic products.* Strong analog engineering fundamentals.* Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills.* Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.#LI-RB**Ralliant Corporation Overview**Ralliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology. The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 79,300.00 - 147,300.00The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
