Under the general direction of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) Delivery Manager, the Project Analyst (PA) contributes to enterprise project delivery by applying EPMO processes and tools to plan, document, coordinate, and report on projects and programs. The PA ensures work is structured, traceable, and aligned with enterprise standards, exercising judgment to monitor adherence to governance, analyze project data, and provide insights on risks and gaps. The role partners with cross-functional team members, business and technical partners and leaders to advance outcomes consistent with credit union strategy, commitments, and goals. Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Documentation Facilitate project meetings and ensure key decisions, action items, and outcomes are accurately documented. Coordinate with the Project Manager to align analyst activities (e.g., requirements tracking, testing support, documentation) with project milestones. Oversee and verify version control of project artifacts and documentation, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness. Maintain and update project planning artifacts (trackers, timelines, task lists) with accountability for accuracy and completeness. Identify and escalate blockers or misalignments to support timely delivery. Prepare and analyze status reports and dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and impacts. Validate that artifacts and deliverables comply with EPMO quality standards and governance requirements. Requirements and Testing Elicit, document, and maintain requirement artifacts in partnership with project managers and business stakeholders, ensuring traceability to business outcomes. Monitor and communicate requirement status and potential delivery risks. Analyze tradeoffs and advise project teams on impacts to achieving targeted outcomes. Partner with senior analysts and stakeholders to clarify needs and ensure alignment with objectives. Ensure requirement artifacts are organized, traceable, and audit ready. Contribute to UAT planning by aligning test cases with requirements and validating coverage. Evaluate and support test case creation with business teams where appropriate. Analyze user feedback, defects, and retests to identify patterns and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate UAT meetings and ensure testing results are captured and communicated. Maintain UAT documentation with accountability for completeness and accuracy. Support vendor evaluations by analyzing responses, synthesizing risk assessments, and preparing findings to inform selection decisions. Stakeholder Communication Facilitate stakeholder interactions by preparing agendas, coordinating sessions, and capturing outcomes. Prepare and deliver stakeholder communications (agendas, updates, summaries) to ensure clarity and alignment. Develop project communications and updates tailored to stakeholder needs. Foster trust and credibility by providing accurate, timely information and meeting commitments. Synthesize and track stakeholder feedback to ensure it is addressed during execution and validation. Maintain and validate stakeholder matrices and distribution records for accuracy. Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to confirm requirements, clarify delivery expectations, and escalate issues as needed. Risk, Issue, and Change Tracking Monitor and analyze risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring clarity and consistency. Prepare and validate risk mitigation plans and change impact analyses to support decision-making. Escalate unresolved or high impact risks and recommend resolution strategies to project managers and leadership. Track status of open items, follow up with owners, and escalate blockers when required. Identify and communicate potential gaps or misalignments in delivery, providing recommendations for resolution. Ensure change documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder input and governance standards. Contribute to resolution of conflicts, issues, and risks by facilitating discussions and recommending corrective actions. Governance and Tool Utilization Apply EPMO tools and templates to ensure accurate and compliant project documentation. Validate documentation against stage gate and milestone requirements. Ensure and validate audit-ready records, exercising judgment to confirm completeness and compliance. Continuously evaluate documentation practices and recommend improvements. Participate in and contribute to EPMO communities of practice, sharing insights to strengthen delivery standards and governance. Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal laws and regulations related to credit union compliance including bank secrecy and anti-money laundering laws, applying professional judgment in all project-related activities. Physical Skills, Abilities, and Exertion

Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with members, credit union staff and management, negotiate vendor agreements and manage project teams. Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate an on-line computer terminal and other standard office equipment, such as personal computers, multi-use copiers and telephone. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to work independently, prioritize and juggle multiple deadlines and projects, and keep peers, partners, and supervisors abreast of activities; may be required to work extended hours to complete tasks. Strong business and technical analysis skills are required to support the implementation of enterprise-wide projects, prepare recommendations, perform analysis, and to accomplish other analyst functions as listed. Members, vendors, suppliers, government agencies, credit union industry associations and peers at other financial institutions. Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems or Computer Science is strongly preferred. Advanced Degree in Business Administration or other related areas is desired. EXPERIENCE:

Minimum two years of combined experience in project analysis, coordination, and management with a minimum of a year of experience supporting the creation of requirements and quality analysis. Experience supporting projects end-to-end required, preferably in a financial institution. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Knowledge of financial products and services, especially as it relates to various delivery channels preferred. Knowledge of existing credit union products, services, and overall operational guidelines. Knowledge of business analytical practices and methodologies and process improvement methodologies. Strong research, analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Member (customer) focused attitude and ability to work proactively and efficiently. Supportive of all decisions, choices, goals, and objectives as determined by EPMO leadership and Executive leadership. Proven ability to evaluate key business objectives and develop appropriate action plans. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Ability to use logical reasoning when making objective observations, examinations, evaluations, and recommendations. Physical Requirements

Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required. Corrected vision within the normal range. Hearing within normal range. A device to enhance hearing will be provided if needed. Ability to lift 20 lbs. as may be required. Occasional movements throughout the department daily to interact with staff, accomplish tasks, etc. May require long work hours to accomplish tasks. Occasional travel may be required locally, statewide, and throughout the United States to attend seminars and vendor group meetings. Overnight travel and evening schedules included. Prolonged use of telephone to accomplish tasks. Licenses/Certifications

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is desired.
