Key Duties

Support inventory transaction for system of record accountability

Physically verify all NWRM Hardware room changes from room to room on a daily occurrence in accordance with Navy OD 67841

Support in the preparation and completion of customer required audits

Interface with Production Control (MRP) in providing planning and schedule requirements

Support Manufacturing and Operations Management in providing shop floor control of NWRM hardware or workaround plans to preserve fabrication schedules

Coordinate with engineers for requested GOE assets of future design modifications or component test

Maintain accurate record keeping of all Air Force and Navy required documents for a minimum of 5 years

Perform Daily Cycle Counts of Navy NWRM Hardware

Proficient capabilities in using Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Entry Level Position

Inventory, property, or equipment managing experience

Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills

Active DoD Secret Clearance (closed and adjudicated T3 investigation) with an open T5 investigation with favorable adjudication to Top Secret clearances

Desired Skills

Knowledge of Navy and Air Force accountable inventory records

Ability to interact effectively with a diverse program team

Experience with site audits

Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Additional Information Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
