Position 2: Agentic AI Integration Architect
Core Mission: Design and build the technical architecture for the company's Agentic AI customer interaction platform, ensuring secure integration with the company's customer systems and reliable performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect integration between Agentic AI platforms and the company's customer data systems, billing platforms, and service management tools to enable intelligent customer interactions
Design and prototype AI agent workflows for customer service scenarios, including technical support, billing inquiries, service changes, and escalation handling
Lead hands-on evaluation of Agentic AI vendors and platforms specifically for customer interaction use cases, building proof-of-concepts and technical assessments
Navigate the company's enterprise security and approval processes to implement AI agent access to customer systems while maintaining data protection and compliance requirements
Build technical integration patterns for third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enable customer interactions through external AI assistants
7+ years architecting customer service platforms or customer data integration systems in enterprise environments
Deep technical expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, LLM integration, and conversational AI architectures with hands-on implementation experience
Experience integrating AI systems with customer service platforms, CRM systems, and billing/service management infrastructure
Proven success in implementing secure AI solutions in regulated enterprise environments with complex approval processes
Strong ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate AI technologies specifically for customer interaction scenarios
Success Criteria: Successful integration of Agentic AI with the company's customer systems, achievement of sub-2-second response times for customer interactions, and secure deployment meeting enterprise compliance requirements.
