Need Manual QA Tester with Lending Operations Experience

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with a strong background in banking and lending operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing and a solid understanding of loan origination systems.

Experience with the BakerHill NextGen platform is highly desirable.

• Perform hands-on manual testing of banking and lending applications.
• Prepare comprehensive test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Develop and maintain a traceability matrix to ensure full coverage of requirements.
• Execute test cases, document results, and provide clear steps for reproducing bugs.
• Generate and deliver weekly test status and burn reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in banking and lending environments.
• Hands-on manual testing expertise.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, reproducible bug reports and test documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BakerHill NextGen loan origination system.
• Familiarity with traceability matrices and test coverage analysis.
• Experience in preparing and presenting test status and burn reports.
