This full-time position supports patients receiving infusion treatments in their homes or alternate care sites and offers a stable weekday schedule with no weekend hours. Infusion Pharmacist Key Responsibilities: Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration and equipment use. Maintain accurate patient and inventory records in compliance with regulatory standards. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other staff members.
