About Us Lifespan: A Center for Psychological Services, Inc. is a comprehensive mental health facility providing high-quality care throughout Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, as well as statewide across California via telehealth. Our team of licensed psychologists brings over 45 years of combined experience in diagnostic testing and therapeutic services.

Although Lifespan is a relatively newer practice, our clinicians have worked together for many years, fostering a collaborative, supportive environment. We specialize in psychological assessment, and therapy— up-to-date and research-based tools.

We take care of billing, scheduling, and overhead so that our clinicians can focus entirely on what matters most: their clients. Position Summary Lifespan is seeking a qualified Psychometrist

to join our growing assessment team. This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for psychological testing and a strong foundation in standardized assessment administration. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with diverse populations and comfortable in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities Administer psychological and neuropsychological assessments under the supervision of licensed psychologists Ensure accurate, standardized administration of assessments to maintain test-retest reliability Observe and document client behavior during evaluations Score assessments and assist in preparing data summaries for psychologist review Collaborate regularly with supervising psychologists to ensure appropriate testing procedures Maintain timely and thorough documentation, including behavioral observations and progress notes Adhere to current legal and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA regulations and professional boundaries Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment

Qualifications Master’s Degree in Psychology or a related field required Prior experience administering psychological assessments Strong understanding of psychometric principles and standardized testing protocols Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic health records Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Knowledge of ethical and legal standards related to clinical practice in California
