As a Senior Lead ML Engineer in Risk Tech, you will collaborate with various teams, including internal Audit groups, to craft and implement proprietary solutions powered by state-of-the-art AI technology. Our AI-enhanced products are central to our business strategy and serve to create significant value for our customers. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative AI-powered products that enhance our service delivery and customer value. Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components with a focus on machine learning models, including model evaluation, experimentation, and performance monitoring. Refine and evaluate machine learning and foundation models, contributing to the long-term vision for pioneering AI systems. Contribute technical leadership to the strategic roadmap while utilizing a diverse range of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies. Monitor and maintain live models, ensuring they align with best practices for Responsible and Explainable AI. Construct optimized data pipelines to effectively power ML models. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 6+ years of experience designing and implementing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing. 4+ years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java. 3+ years of experience deploying scalable solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field plus 2 years of experience with AI and ML algorithm development. Experience delivering AI services at scale for 6 years. Proficiency in Python for developing AI and ML algorithms for 3 years. Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and deploying solutions on cloud platforms.
