Summary of the Role
Join a big biopharma leader’s onsite team in Thousand Oaks, supporting supply chain operations for biopharmaceutical production. As an Associate Supply Chain team member, you will process, pick, and dispense raw materials while actively participating in warehouse and dispensing activities. You will consistently follow Good Manufacturing Practices and collaborate across departments to support operational, inventory, and regulatory objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices
Handle materials and maintain inventory within the warehouse and classified dispensary
Pick, stage, and transport raw materials to support production needs
Gown to grade 8-9 for work in classified areas
Perform dispensing and all associated cleaning activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for dispensing, distribution, and inventory management
Support and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives and safety programs
Help prepare for regulatory inspections and present information as needed
Identify operational issues and propose effective solutions
Maintain Kanban systems for warehouse consumables
Complete all system transactions accurately and promptly using SAP, MES, Smartsheet, Tableau, UiPath
Required Experience & Skills
Experience in warehouse, material handling, or supply chain roles
Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and GMP standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving skills; able to identify and resolve roadblocks
Collaborative and accountable work style
Experience with SAP, MES, Smartsheet, Tableau, or UiPath is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (work experience not required if degree is held)
Prior experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Pick and dispense raw materials for production within ATO31 warehouse areas
Strictly follow SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices
Perform material handling and associated cleanings
Stage materials for transport and delivery
Participate in safety and work center team activities
Support warehouse and dispensing operations as required
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma/GED and 2 years work or military experience
Associates degree and 6 months work or military experience
Preferably a Bachelor's degree holder, even without prior work experience
