• Credentialing: 90 days
• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Must be BC in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABIM, ABFM, ABEM, AOBEM accepted)
• Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, Preeclampsia Certificate
• Licensure: Active Virginia license required; DEA pending; DL/passport or Permanent Resident card
