A growing ambulatory surgery center is seeking a

Medical Front Desk Representative

to provide excellent patient service and support daily operations. This role is responsible for greeting and admitting patients, verifying insurance and demographic information, collecting co-pays, preparing and auditing patient charts, scanning and organizing documentation, and assisting with scheduling or insurance verification as needed. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with start times between

5:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

depending on patient volume and end times around

2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Pay ranges from

$19 to $23 per hour , based on experience, and the role offers room for growth, no weekends or holidays, and a great benefits package with

401(k) matching

once hired permanently.
