flexible scheduling
options (FT or PT) to support work-life balance. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Provide full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform routine physicals, wellness checks, and preventive screenings Collaborate with specialists and care teams as needed Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain thorough and timely EMR documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and clinic regulations Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care What We Offer: Competitive Compensation Package $265,000
base salary (Full-Time) Up to
$48,000
in productivity bonuses $40,000
sign-on bonus $10,000
relocation assistance Professional Support $1,000

5 CME days Malpractice insurance
