experienced General Dentist
to join their team due to a planned provider transition. For nearly 30 years, this well-established practice has built a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-centered care and long-term relationships within the community
Practice Highlights Established community-based general dentistry office with 25+ years of service Schedule:
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
| Closed Wednesdays Collaborative environment with 1 dentist, 2 dental assistants, and 2 hygienists Five fully equipped operatories | No specialty procedures required Consistent patient flow: ~460 visits/month + 20 new patients/month Balanced payor mix:
50% FFS / 50% insurance Excellent 95–97% collection rate No lab fees with partner-approved labs

Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation:
30–35% of collections
