Overview We are seeking a highly experienced

Test Automation Architect

to lead and drive automation initiatives for a healthcare-focused enterprise. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in automation frameworks, embedded systems, cloud environments, and cross-functional team management. Candidates must be available to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA from Day 1.

Mandatory Skills & Experience 12+ years

in API & UI automation using

Selenium, Java, Rest Assured, JMeter 5+ years

with

TestNG

or

Playwright

frameworks 5+ years

as an Automation Architect with strong problem-solving skills Proven experience in

device integration

and

embedded system testing Strong

hands-on programming

skills (Java – 10+ years) Experience leading

onsite and offshore teams

across manual and automation efforts 3+ years

in functional testing, SIT, and formal verification (preferably

SaMD

products) Familiarity with

Test agents , CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshooting build failures 3+ years

working with

iOS

and

Visual Studio (VS) Solid understanding of

Git

(including submodules) Cloud experience with

Azure or AWS Proficient in

JIRA

for test management and tracking Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Qualifications Experience in

healthcare or medical device domains Exposure to

CI/CD tools and frameworks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
