Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. Our full-time therapists maintain a caseload of only
7–8 patients per day
so they can design customized care plans that lead to the best outcomes possible. Beyond patient care, our team collaborates, participates in professional development, and maintains meticulous records to track progress and celebrate patient success. Our next therapist will receive
extensive mentorship and training
to nurture patients through our three-phase approach, designed to uncover root causes and empower lasting, whole-body health. The successful candidate will be an empathetic problem solver, passionate about educating patients, and committed to providing exceptional, evidence-based care. Provide innovative, compassionate pelvic floor and orthopedic therapy using our three-phase care model Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and document progress with excellence Collaborate with the team through meetings, training, and case reviews Engage in continuous learning and professional development ✨ Qualifications & Skill Sets
Active Utah PT License (or eligibility) DPT preferred (or equivalent experience) 1–2+ years of pelvic health experience preferred; will consider early-career therapists with strong foundational skills Strong background in orthopedics and full-body movement systems Excellent clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills Experience in cash-pay care and patient education around investment in wellness (preferred) Familiarity with motivational interviewing, strength training, yoga, Pilates, or perinatal care is a plus Who You Are
