We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Accounting Manager to join the team and work closely with C-Level Executives. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting Collaborate directly with the CFO to support strategic financial initiatives Compile, prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting reports Perform and manage month-end and year-end close processes Support the budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning process Lead and coordinate audit reviews, ensuring timely completion and compliance with all requirements Supervise and mentor accounting staff Make recommendations to the C-Level Executives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA is preferred Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar senior-level accounting role Hands-on experience working with NetSuite ERP Bilingual in English and Spanish Ability to work on-site in Miami, Monday through Friday Company Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company contributions 3 weeks of paid time off 10 holidays Life and long-term disability insurance Apply to be considered or email your resume to: resume@southfloridarecruiters.com .
