Job Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Software Engineer with an active Secret or Top Secret Clearance to design, develop, and deliver next-generation software solutions.
This role will directly support modernization efforts for the Navy—creating secure, scalable, and resilient systems that empower mission success.
You’ll collaborate with a team of top engineers responsible for developing and deploying custom applications across complex, high-performance environments. Ideal candidates are hands-on builders who thrive in fast-paced, Agile teams and are fluent in both front-end and back-end development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain production-grade software and APIs
Develop microservices and scalable architectures across secure environments
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for production systems
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver technical solutions aligned with business outcomes
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and performance optimization
Requirements
Must have an active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance — required for this position
Proficiency in at least two programming languages (C/C++, Java, Python, Go, NodeJS, TypeScript, etc.)
Experience with at least one database (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and client-server design
Experience deploying containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
Front-end experience with ReactJS, Angular, or similar frameworks
Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD development practices
Strong communication skills and a passion for technology and innovation
Preferred Qualifications
Full-stack development experience
Automated testing and continuous integration experience
Experience working in both commercial and defense sectors
