The Role
The Marketing Manager will lead the day-to-day management and execution of Inner Grandma’s marketing strategy. You’ll translate the strategy into action across paid, owned, and organic channels, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, on-schedule, and delivering measurable results.
An experienced Marketing team is already onboard to provide guidance, support, and mentorship along the way. You’ll have access to senior-level strategy and coaching while owning the execution, coordination, and management required to bring the vision to life. This is both a learning opportunity and a chance to make a visible impact in a fast-growing startup.
We’re looking to fill this role immediately.
What You’ll Do
Campaign & Channel Management
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across email, SMS, paid ads, and social media
- Manage Klaviyo flows, segmentation, and automations for email and SMS
- Support setup, optimization, and reporting of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns in partnership with advisors and vendors
- Coordinate with design and copywriting partners to deliver assets aligned with the content calendar
- Manage scheduling, posting, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook
Content & Production
- Coordinate lifestyle and product photoshoots, ensuring assets are consistent with brand storytelling and campaign needs
- Capture and curate organic content moments (especially if Austin-based)
- Organize assets and maintain a clean workflow across marketing and e-commerce platforms
Community & Engagement
- Manage ongoing community engagement initiatives across digital and offline channels
- Foster brand loyalty through thoughtful, conversational engagement with customers and followers
- Collaborate with the founder to bring brand activations to life
Performance & Reporting
- Track key metrics including conversion rate, ROAS, list growth, and engagement
- Analyze results and make actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain clear progress reports for the founder and advisor to ensure alignment with quarterly goals
About You
- 2–4 years of marketing experience in DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify
- Confident managing both creative and analytical aspects of marketing
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with strong project management skills
- Creative thinker who understands community-driven marketing
- Austin-based a bonus (to capture content and collaborate in person)
