Overview

Hybrid role at Hailey-Petty Law Firm, a Texas-based estate planning and probate practice. We’re growing and need a marketing manager who can partner with the owner to scale the firm, execute campaigns, and drive measurable results. You’ll move from strategy to execution—running ads, connecting the tech stack, analyzing data, and ensuring funnels convert so the phone rings.

Responsibilities

  • Your Day-to-Day
  • Marketing Strategy & Paid Advertising – Manage and optimize Google PPC and Facebook Ads (budgets, targeting, landing page design, copy direction, A/B testing, reporting); Track full-funnel performance: cost per lead, cost per consult, ROI; Ensure everything—from keywords to copy to landing pages—is aligned and converting.
  • Website, Landing Pages & Tracking – Build and update landing pages (WordPress or similar); Connect forms to CRM (Lawmatics, Clio Grow, HubSpot, etc.) so no lead slips through the cracks; Maintain attribution, analytics, and reporting systems.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Use Excel and AI tools to dig into marketing and sales data to uncover hidden wins; Create clear reports, charts, and dashboards to explain findings; Present insights to the owner and leadership team in plain language so decisions are data-driven.
  • SEO & Organic Growth – Oversee on-page SEO basics (titles, H1s, meta descriptions, image alt text); Work with content providers to ensure blogs, videos, and guides are optimized to rank.
  • Email & Automation – Manage segmented email campaigns and drip sequences for leads, clients, and referral partners; Analyze open, click, and conversion metrics — and improve them every month.
  • Referral Partner Outreach & Business Development – Coordinate partner appreciation campaigns (gifts, drop-offs, event touchpoints); Plan and manage webinars, workshops, and referral trainings; Track and report partner relationships and results.

Qualifications

  • Are obsessed with performance — tracking numbers, testing angles, improving ROI
  • Have 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably law firm or local services)
  • Know how to make Google PPC and Facebook Ads profitable
  • Can learn tech tools quickly and troubleshoot without handholding
  • Value execution over endless brainstorming sessions
  • Want your work to actually mean something beyond “more clicks”

Compensation

$60,000 - $75,000 yearly + additional performance incentives
