We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO and support the headquarters' operational growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing complex priorities, and can serve as a trusted partner to the CEO in organizing and optimizing his work life.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for streamlining the CEO’s day-to-day operations, proactively managing schedules and communications, and ensuring that priorities are executed smoothly. This individual will act as a problem-solver and organizer, helping the CEO stay focused on strategic initiatives while handling details with precision and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline the CEO’s daily operations by managing schedules, communications, and priorities with precision.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and address potential issues proactively.
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear, timely communication.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Prepare and follow up on agendas, briefing documents, and action items for key meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and organizational processes.
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives tied to the CEO’s priorities.
  • Help to organize and support leadership offsites, team events, and CEO hosted gatherings.
  • Manage vendors and small administrative functions that roll up to the CEO.

  • Qualifications


    • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
    • Strong track record of managing calendars, travel arrangements, and executive communications.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to operate with independence, adaptability, and sound judgment.
    • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.


    Qualifications

    • Experience working with technology or high-growth companies.
    • Operations experience.
    • Familiarity with AI agents and tools.
