• Maintain and restock office supplies, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

• Place orders for office supplies and coordinate delivery schedules.

• Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.

• Support staff with administrative needs, helping maintain a productive work environment.

• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth communication and workflow processes.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor, with a focus on customer service.

• Ability to manage and operate a multi-line phone system effectively.

• Basic knowledge of office tasks such as filing, data entry, and supply management.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working in a business casual environment.

• Previous receptionist experience is a plus but not required.
