Travel Perfusionist - $5,936 per week in Atlanta, GA

Job Title: Perfusionist Profession: Perfusionist Specialty: Perfusionist Duration: 6 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:00 - 19:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: State license required Certifications: BLS, State licensed Must-Have: - Georgia license required - First time travelers accepted Description: 5 x 8 variable hours between 06:00 - 19:00. No weekend shifts required. No call required. Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed. Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit. If clinical pass and within guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Maximum of 7 days of time off allowed. If one major holiday falls during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays fall during the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. Full compliance required to start on time; delays may result in push back of two weeks. Local candidates are accepted. Two supervisory references are highly preferred at time of submission. References must be Manager or above; charge not accepted. Maximum of 7 days of time off is required with submission. If three major holidays occur, travelers are expected to be available to work two holidays. One holiday time off request can be reviewed for approval. Candidates must submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours to ensure an on-time start. Modules are non-billable and hours are factored in. Modules are completed during orientation.
