We are looking for an IT Support Technician to provide comprehensive technical support across multiple locations in Feasterville Trevose, Pennsylvania. This role involves troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems both remotely and on-site, ensuring seamless operations in a Microsoft Windows-based environment. The successful candidate will travel to various sites to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for IT systems across multiple locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Travel to various sites to perform hands-on troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, including imaging and workstation setup.
• Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
• Ensure network connectivity and resolve issues related to network components.
• Support wireless systems, with experience in Ruckus being a plus.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing technical concerns promptly and effectively.
• Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to implement IT solutions.• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both remote and on-site technical issues.
• Familiarity with network components and their connectivity.
• Experience with desktop hardware, imaging, and workstation setup.
• Proficiency in managing user accounts via Active Directory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in the dealership or automobile industry is a plus but not required.
