Base pay range
$60.00/hr - $75.00/hr Title: UX/UI Designer Location: Century City, CA (Hybrid role 2 days office, 3 days work from home) Duration: 6- 12 Months Job Description We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help craft intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for our mobile and web applications. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms. Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user interfaces and interactions. Design user flows, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the development of intuitive user experiences. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to implement and refine design concepts. Ensure a clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design style that aligns with brand guidelines. Conduct and analyze user testing to iterate on designs and improve user experience. Clearly present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to your work. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design. Designing new applications from scratch. Experience with Finance domain is a plus. Design Systems: Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems. Figma Expertise: 3+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including nested components, auto layout, and design libraries. Prototyping & Wireframing: Skilled in building wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. Clean Design Aesthetic: A keen eye for clean, minimalist, and user-centric design. Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders. Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and consistent design language. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
