Join Amazon as a Principal Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Retail Ad Service. The Sponsored Products and Brands team at Amazon Ads is re-imagining the advertising landscape through cutting-edge generative AI technologies, revolutionizing how millions of customers discover products and engage with brands across Amazon.com and beyond.
We are seeking a Technical Product Leader to lead the end-to-end advertiser experience, including advertiser adoption, campaign management and optimization, advertiser performance, and insights across all Amazon surfaces. You will drive the roadmap for a large advertising business, spearheading the definition of new capabilities and applying GenAI-based solutions to solve problems at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying new opportunities and writing proposals to drive growth for retailers and advertisers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on fast-paced, challenging projects.
- Defining, presenting, and aligning long-term vision and strategy to leadership.
- Developing product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute your vision.
- Working closely with engineering, design, operations, legal, finance, customer service, sales, and executive teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience in advertising and adtech product development.
