What You'll Do
We're looking for a Sr Data Governance Analyst to join our Enterprise Data and AI Governance team! In this role, you'll play a key part in advancing our data governance program by facilitating data domain activities, strengthening data management practices, and partnering across the enterprise to reduce risk and enhance the value of data. You'll collaborate with global, cross‑functional teams to define standards, consult on governance and risk principles, and bring partners together to resolve complex data challenges.
You'll have the opportunity to:
Support the design and execution of the enterprise data governance program, enabling the strategic, responsible, and ethical use of data across the organization
Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to understand data needs, assess impacts, and provide guidance on data risk management
Facilitate cross‑functional data domain groups, driving governance initiatives and ensuring alignment across business units
Collaborate with Data Domain Owners, Data Stewards, and other stakeholders to identify data management issues and opportunities, and work toward sustainable solutions
Provide strategic input into the development of business metadata (terms, definitions, taxonomy), governance standards, and documentation to support consistent data usage
Create, update, and maintain data governance documentation, standards, and artifacts

Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of professional data related experience
Experience establishing data quality control and implementing data standards, data stewardship, metadata management, data life cycle management, or data architecture management
Knowledge of data and analytics governance, data quality, and master data management concepts
Understanding of data quality reporting methodologies and capabilities
Skilled in collaborating with a variety of partners, including external consultants and vendors
Ability to influence others across multiple levels and business domains without formal authority
Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and consulting skills with ability to clearly articulate to all leadership and easily translate complex topics for others to understand
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
Project management experience in both large and small‑scale projects
Knowledge of and experience using Data Governance tools (e.g., Informatica Axon, Data360, Collibra, etc.) highly preferred
Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non‑Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $86,450 - $144,400 / year
Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short‑term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments This role offers an in‑office and hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement in Des Moines, IA.
