Responsibilities
Design and develop the architecture of large‑scale machine‑learning systems, solving technical challenges such as high concurrency, high reliability, and high scalability.
Cover various sub‑directions of machine‑learning systems, including resource scheduling, model training, model inference, data management, and workflow.
Iterate and develop the system using customer‑driven scenarios.
Minimum Qualifications
Master distributed and parallel computing principles; knowledge of recent advances in computing, storage, networking, and hardware technologies.
Familiar with state‑of‑the‑art machine‑learning algorithms and mainstream platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet).
Expertise in at least one or two programming languages in a Linux environment such as C/C++, Go, or Python.
Preferred Qualifications
Winners of ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, and other competitions.
Familiar with NLP, CV‑related algorithms, and technologies, and experienced in large‑model training.
Experience in GPU‑based high‑performance computing.
Compensation Base salary range: $118,657 – $187,200 annually (city dependent). Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package, which may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
