Financial Reporting / Accountant Month-End / Year-End Close: Coordinate and perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and reported accurately. Responsibilities include fixed assets, lease accounting, prepaid / accruals and equity accounting, etc. Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner. Account Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of balance sheet and income statement accounts. Accounts Receivable: Record and manage accounts receivable transactions. Complete monthly invoicing as well as record and manage cash collections of the receivables. Audit Support: Assist Advisors team in UK first-time audit. Provide necessary documentation and explanations to support financial audits. Process improvement and documentation: Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency. Ad-Hoc Analysis and Reporting: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support business decisions, strategic initiatives, and management needs. Qualifications / Desired Skills

3-5 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting, preferably in a private equity or public accounting environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA is preferred. Strong Excel Skills Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
