Responsibilities
You will complete advanced modeling and strategy work on SAA capabilities, building out other legal entities, line of business, and product capabilities. You will serve as a liaison to asset specialists, liability teams (new business / valuation modeling teams), risk, and market risk management modeling experts. In addition, you will lead team members and applicable internal / external stakeholders on complex assignments / projects. You will research and analyze complex investment and portfolio information from a variety of internal and external sources to improve portfolio management decisions. You will maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments / trends, stay abreast of global capital market trends, regulatory changes, assess the impact, and collaborate with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future strategies. You will direct and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and / or departmental / enterprise initiatives. In addition, you will identify and direct the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and / or business unit. You will lead the design and management of SAA across capital, liquidity, and sustainability dimensions. In addition, you will co-develop models and tools to optimize portfolio allocations under various economic scenarios. You will align asset allocation strategies with enterprise risk appetite, regulatory frameworks (, Bermuda, US RBC), and long-term business goals. You will collaborate with portfolio managers to translate strategic views into actionable investment decisions. You will ensure alignment between macroeconomic outlook, asset class expectations, and adjust allocations in response to evolving market conditions and internal constraints. You will collaborate with ALM, actuarial, treasury, and risk teams to ensure asset-liability matching and capital efficiency. You will present strategic recommendations to senior leadership, investment committees, and boards. You will apply expert judgment to interpret model outputs and guide strategic decisions. Qualifications
Must-haves : Advanced degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, or related field. 10+ years of experience in investment strategy, asset allocation, and / or insurance portfolio management. 3yr + experience with running a strategic asset allocation process for Life & Annuity companies. Solid understanding of fixed income investments & Asset Liability Management (ALM). Deep understanding of insurance balance sheets, liability structures, and regulatory capital frameworks. Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with optimization models and scenario analysis tools. Proven ability to communicate complex investment strategies to senior stakeholders. Experience managing diverse, high-performing teams. Ability to effectively communicate via writing / verbal while being able to also present and demonstrate ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions / presentations. Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients ( senior management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches. Nice-to-haves : Chartered Financial Analyst designation, Associate of Society of Actuaries or Fellow of Society of Actuaries or Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst or progress towards any of these Bermuda regulatory experience. Python, MATLAB, Power Bi, and Power Point expertise. Demonstrated experience thinking outside of the box to provide creative and effective solutions. Proven ability to be adaptable, agile and flexible abilities to provide creative solutions. Travel

The pay range for this position is $125,800 - $229,100 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
