Virtual Hospitalist ! Please note: This is NOT a remote position.

You’ll be based out of our state-of-the-art Command Center in

Charlestown, MA. About the Role

You’ll provide inpatient-level care in the comfort of a patient’s home, ensuring clinical outcomes that are equal to or better than traditional hospitalization. This innovative model significantly reduces overall healthcare expenses by avoiding inpatient visits, post‑acute care, and readmissions, all while improving the patient experience. Key aspects of this role: Work collaboratively in a

team environment

(Physicians, NPs, RNs) from our virtual Command Center.

Utilize

state‑of‑the‑art equipment

in both the Command Center and patients’ homes.

Patients receive comprehensive care including home infusion, meals/nutrient consultations, pharmacy/medical management, mobile imaging, laboratory services, and DME/oxygen.

Enjoy

integrated care

with primary care providers, specialists, and ancillary departments.

Minimum Qualifications

BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

Experience as a

hospitalist or in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

is a plus. Committed to providing
