Senior Associate, Product Manager - Digital Wallets (Emerging Payments)

* Define success for your tech team for the management of enrollment, eligibility, and orchestration across all of third-party Digital Wallets* Lead a high performing engineering team in a high visibility role with ownership over your roadmap and the opportunity to make a large impact* Identify opportunities to continue improving the experience for customers adding their card to a Digital Wallet, ensuring the process is both seamless and secure* Lead the modernization of how we determine eligibility for Digital Wallet users* Partner closely with frontend teams to craft, improve, and even re-envision our Digital Wallet customer experiences within our mobile app and website* Partner closely with our Network Connections team to ensure the end to end success of Digital Wallet enrollment* Engage directly with external Wallet and Network partners, including on shared feature development and road mapping* Collaborate with key stakeholders from lines of business across the company to ensure our Digital Wallet products are serving the needs of our internal and external customers****In this role, you’ll learn the essentials of being a product manager, and we’ll invest in you to grow in four key areas**:*** You’ll work autonomously in an agile environment, to conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technology* You’ll collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject-matter experts to build cutting edge solutions to help customers* You’ll deliver well-managed product platforms for customers by seeking to understand technology trends and architecture strategy****Communicator & Influencer.**** You can communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience.
