Job Summary:

Under the direction of an IT Supervisor, the Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for reviewing project expectations, creating test cases and acceptance criteria, executing tests, and evaluating and documenting results. The candidate will create functional and non-functional testing requirements, test solutions, and ensure that the systems meet the desired specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create test cases and acceptance criteria
• Execute test cases under varying circumstances
• Document and evaluate test results
• Detect, log, and report program bugs
• Track defects and troubleshoot errors
• Create test procedures and training materials
• Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies
• Collaborate with project team members on development, customer issues, and security requirements
• Apply Agile development practices

Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor\'s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related technical field
• Experience creating test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria (5+ years)
• Experience executing test cases under varying circumstances (5+ years)
• Experience documenting and evaluating test results (5+ years)
• Experience detecting, logging, and reporting program bugs (5+ years)
• Experience tracking defects and troubleshooting errors (5+ years)
• Experience creating test procedures and training materials (5+ years)
• Preferred: Experience working with K-12 data (1 year)
• Preferred: Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau (1 year)
