Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily outside service operation and hold the team accountable.
Train, schedule, and resolve conflicts.
Provide sincere and courteous service to all members with items such as bag handling, club cleaning, range organization, and all member requests within reason.
Educate members regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.
Perform range maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintain ball inventory over the course of the day.
Clean members' clubs upon completion of play and on the practice facility.
Maintain accurate records of member play.
Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse and cart storage area including bag room.
Assist in the setup and execution of golf events.
Maintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
Maintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
Prepare golf carts for play following club standards.
Assist members by changing their golf spikes, if needed, and providing shoe cleaning service.
Direct start of play when necessary.
Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications of Outside Services Supervisor
High School Diploma or GED; and six months to a year customer service experience or training.

Regular and reliable attendance.
