Develop deployment plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies, to support successful execution in dynamic and contested environments. Interface with government and military stakeholders to align deployment activities with exercise objectives and operational constraints. Provide on‑site technical support during risk reduction events and joint exercises, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system performance under operational conditions. Document deployment processes, lessons learned, and system performance metrics to inform future iterations and deployments. Train team members and end‑users on system setup, operation, and tear‑down procedures during field exercises. Ensure compliance with DoD security and operational protocols during all deployment phases. Proven expertise in planning and executing system deployments for field tests, demonstrations, or operational exercises. Familiarity with C2 systems, such as CEC for networked sensor fusion, IBCS for air and missile defense, and TOC‑L for lightweight command nodes. Ability to travel frequently (up to 25%) to support risk reduction events and joint exercises at various locations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in high‑pressure, field‑based environments. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with six (6) years of experience deploying complex C2 Systems in operational environments. Graduate Degree with four (4) years of experience deploying complex C2 Systems in operational environments.
