Visual Lease As the centralized system of record for all lease-related financial, operational, and legal data, Visual Lease, a CoStar Group company, is purpose-built to support every team involved in managing a company’s leased and owned assets. Job Description We are looking to hire a Director, Operations to manage and scale the newly created operations department. In this role you will support both CoStar Real Estate Manager and Visual Lease products, in addition to a larger, combined, new product to be launched that combines the best of both. This position will report directly to the President for both brands and will be part of the senior leadership team. The successful candidate must have deep experience in go‑to‑market tools, managing complex cross‑functional projects and delivering data‑driven insights to all levels of the organization. This is an amazing opportunity to play a key role in supporting the company’s rapid growth and merging two organizations. This position is full‑time in the office and based in New Jersey or Atlanta.

Responsibilities

Build and lead a dedicated operations team focused on providing services to the business through process, data and systems

Own the design and execution of merging together process, go‑to‑market systems and reporting for CoStar Real Estate Manager and Visual Lease

Evolve go‑to‑market tech stack with a focus on automation and scalability

Lead and continuously improve and expand upon business change management processes and procedures

Create and scale a deal desk function in partnership with Sales, Legal, and Finance to streamline quoting, contracting, and approvals

Ensure data hygiene, process integrity, and compliance across go‑to‑market systems

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product to align revenue strategies and optimize acquisition, expansion, and retention efforts

Support business leaders in defining key performance metrics, setting targets, measuring, and monitoring performance

Encourage the business to use data in decision making by providing key insights from created reports and dashboards

Communicate and frequently meet with business partners, understanding changes to the function, key initiatives and assist in prioritization

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited, not‑for‑profit University or College

8+ years’ experience leading operations, revenue/sales operations or strategy for a SaaS company

5+ years of experience and demonstrated abilities managing a team or department

Self‑starter with a proven track record of building and scaling operations teams

Deep expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot and related go‑to‑market tools with a strong understanding of automation and data management

Extremely proficient with data and ability to readily recite key metrics when asked

Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while remaining analytical and detail‑oriented

Ability to own a process from start to finish and implement processes independently

Executive presence and strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to summarize complex issues for stakeholders across the business

Track record of commitment to prior employers

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Master’s degree in Business or related field

Experience with PowerBI
