Assists anesthesia providers and other health care members in providing care to patients undergoing operative invasive procedures. Prepares anesthesia equipment and supplies necessary for general, monitored or regional anesthesia and supports anesthesia services while maintaining inventory levels. Responsibilities
Assist anesthesia providers and health care team members in operative care of child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Prepare anesthesia equipment and supplies for general, monitored and regional anesthesia. Maintain inventory levels of anesthesia equipment and supplies. Qualifications
High School Graduate or equivalent. One year direct patient care experience in a hospital setting required; two years preferred. Previous operating room experience preferred. Licensure & Certification
American Heart Association BLS Certification required. Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.A.T.) or equivalent preferred. Employment Type
