Managing day-to-day outreach and sales activities Supervising and supporting a team of outreach and sales representatives Doing direct outreach and sales, including helping members complete enrollment applications Competencies Required

License Required:
Valid California Motor Vehicle Operator's License (out-of-state license accepted during the application process) Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a closely related field Experience:
Two (2) years of full-time experience in marketing, outreach, or sales Substitution for Education:
Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis Additional Requirements:
Candidates must obtain a California Accident & Health or Sickness license issued by the California Department of Insurance within 45 days of hire and keep it active for the duration of employment Selection Process
