Job Description The preferred candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years of QA experience
Knowledge of testing technology for digital programs, including omni-channel access and customer experience
Substantial exposure to the healthcare domain and US Healthcare system regulations
Understanding of estimation methodologies and quality processes
Skills: analytical abilities, strong technical skills, good communication skills, and ability to work in a diverse stakeholder environment
Strong automation expertise with hands-on experience in Java – Junit test framework in Eclipse IDE
Experience with web automation tools such as Selenium, mobile automation tools such as Appium/Perfecto, and service automation using Soap UI
Responsibilities will include:
Executing projects in agile mode, closely working with stakeholders to prioritize and define acceptance criteria
Supporting the creation of functional and non-functional requirements documents
Defining estimation models and providing estimations for planned tasks
Developing and deploying automation for repeated manual tasks
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly outline risks, mitigation plans, and dependencies
Providing support for test design, creating test cases, and executing test cases as planned
Participating in KT sessions, capturing understanding of assigned modules, and taking on shadow support
Qualifications Basic qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology
