Job Summary The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various products.
As a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, the role will involve defining and prioritizing product features, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product success.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage cross functional project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify and resolve project issues and risks, escalating when necessary
Conduct project reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards
Define product features, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with the development team
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision and goals are understood and implemented
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
Ensure product success through effective collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement
Skill Requirements Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools
Proven experience as a safe product owner/product manager in an agile environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of software development lifecycle and principles
Certification in safe or project management (e.g., safe product owner/product manager, PMP) is preferred
Certifications: SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Project Management Professional (PMP)
Roles and Responsibilities Candidate with 10+ years of product ownership experience with strong financial background; experience in handling payment gateways or financial products
Lead digital transformation; worked in fortune 500 companies; worked in customer facing products like web or mobile app
Client is NOT looking for a data person.
Also, preferred is a candidate who has played the role of a Product Manager of a smaller shop or start up. As they didn't have the organizational process rigor or same magnitude in ramifications, they can start as a Product Owner.
It would be nice to have if one of the product managers have the following skillset: SFDC Marketing Cloud experience.
Creating new journey templates and email campaigns.
